 Assist in interviewing and recruitment of support staff on the project and drafting of employment contracts
 Maintain records of all support staff and a filing system of all information
 Co-facilitate training of support staff on Comprehensive Sexuality Education
 Organize sensitization sessions through radio meetings and community meetings on sexual reproductive health.
 Establish a relationship with health facilities, particularly Youth Friendly Corners in the community and attend regular District Health Integrated meetings.
 Procure office supplies and keep an inventory of all supplies including stationery and refreshments for regular meetings
 Assist Project Officer in payments of support staff
 Ensure monitoring tools are properly used and revised if necessary to meet all project objectives
 Plan and coordinate trainings, regular meetings with the community, support staff and stakeholders and handle payments of transport refunds
 Review and enter data into the YWCA A.G.Y.W data base after every project activity and ensure all project activities were implemented.
 Draft monthly and quarterly activity reports and present them during stakeholder meetings.

 Facilitating sessions to raise awareness on sexual reproductive health and promoting healthier lifestyles for youths by organizing conference facilities and procuring of stationary.
 Working with the community to promote gender equality and more safe spaces for youths
 Mobilizing youths of the community and facilitating skills trainings such as CV writing
 Organizing and managing team building sessions and weekly team meetings to discuss various trending world issues with fellow volunteers and members of the community
