• Prepared M&E Weekly work plans and submitted them to the Provincial M&E Officer.
• Prepared Weekly M&E Activity Reports and submitted them to the Provincial M&E Officer.
• Compiled, Prepared and sorted documents for data entry
• Checked and verified source of documents for accuracy and updated data where necessary.
• Combined and rearranged data from source documents where required.
• Entered data from source documents into prescribed computer database, files and forms.
• Transcribed information into required electronic format.
• Scanned documents into databases.
• Ensured Project Documents were named and stored correctly into the database.
• Assisted with establishing and maintaining filing systems for information and documents (hard or electronic).
• Responded to requests for information or files.
• Printed information when required.
• Distributed teaching and learning materials to primary and community schools in different districts on behalf of the Project.
• Successfully trained teachers and other MOGE staff how to use tablets and Project applications to enter and upload Teachers and learners’ information to the Performance Tracking System (PTS) (developed by the Project).
• Distributed Tablets and solar Panel kits on behalf of the project to the selected schools during the performance Tracking System (PTS) Pilot exercise.
• Undertook e-registration and e-attendance at different training events that were heled by the project.
• Assisted in undertaking photocopying work at the office,
• Assisted in organizing & setting up venues and taking photos at events (for workshops and trainings).
• Took part in the Covid 19 Surveys that were conducted by Education Development Center (EDC) in the month of May and June 2020. I carried out these surveys in Muchinga Province via telephone interviews with different teachers and community members as my respondents.
