    Supervising cleaning, packing and autoclaving of equipment
    Performing actual procedures
    Prepares monthly reports
    Attends and presents MC reports at monthly data review meetings
    Head Phlebotomy-Viral Load Champion
    Supervises all laboratory activities in the lab
    Making sure that correct lab investigations are ordered to ART patients
    Ensuring that phlebotomy nurses do proper documentation of patient’s particulars in registers and requisition forms
    Ensuring that specimens are correctly ladled
    Supervises collection and dispatching of specimens
    Making sure that all ART patient’s lab results are entered in registers and smart care
    Ensuring that patient’s on ART have updated necessary lab requirements
    Prepares weekly viral load reports
    Attends and presents viral load reports at monthly data review meetings
